Here's a challenge: try finding photos of Megan on her wedding day where she isn't smiling BIG and laughing OUT LOUD! Hmmm...tough, huh? Surrounded by a crew of friends (nine bridesmaids...a SilverBox record?!), Megan was bursting-at-the-seams happy all day long. "I'm getting married today!" she would exclaim joyfully...and spontaneously...and frequently. Amy's comment when she saw Megan & Ben's wedding photos: "Wow, Megan laughs with her whole face!" So true.And here's possibly another SilverBox record: There were THREE former SilverBox brides in Megan & Ben's wedding party:~Kim, a new mom :') (bottom row, far left), was lovely and graceful on her wedding day in March of '06 despite a broken foot! (see "a 9th street stroll in March" entry below dated 3.24.06);
~Krista (top row, second from right), who traveled from Atlanta, was the 3rd bride whose wedding I shot as lead photographer when Amy and I were still shooting film...;
~Amy photograhed Kelly's (top row second from left) wedding, and I felt like I already knew her from Amy's photos.

If you don't already have QuickTime, you can download a free version of the software ('cause you'll need it to view the album slideshow) by clicking on: Free QuickTime Player Download. And Silver Lining blog afficionados will recognize & remember this great song from Sometimes Three, Amy's brother-in-law Parker's band.
It was great to work with Becca again (who is now Becca Young WILLIAMS...see "A Tuesday in Taos" entry below on 5.18.07 for pictures of Becca on her very own wedding day). She drove in from St. Louis to assist; she's got a great eye for aesthetically rich details and emotionally rich moments:
And boy that Stephens' Firestone Baars Chapel and Kimball Ballroom is a delightful venue combo ~ lovely & walkable!
